An Old Children’s Rhyme

Knicky-knacky, one and two –
The Tall One’s coming after you.

Scrimble-scramble, three and four –
Shut the windows, lock the door.

Rattle-clattle, five and six –
Tall as treetops, thin as sticks.

Slither-tither, seven and eight –
Grabs you up and seals your fate.

Whisper-thisper, nine and ten –
Never you’ll be seen again.

Shiver, shiver, bug-a-boo –
He’s.
Found.
You!
